Celebrity Photographer Russell Baer has been shooting Hollywood's most famous faces for the past several years. His environmental portraits range from the highest profile celebrity to the everyday man on the street. Russell's photographs have graced the pages of almost every magazine on newsstands today including Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Esquire, Time, Elle, Teen Vogue, People, Maxim, Men's Health, Hollywood Reporter, Timeout, New York Times and Newsweek.
Russell has worked with some of Hollywood's most recognizable faces including Ben Affleck, Eva Longoria, Shailene Woodley and Paris Hilton. In the Editorial world he has photographed fashion spreads in New York and Los Angeles including debuting upcoming lines of Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gautier.
Russell has made numerous television appearances with his guest segments on EXTRA, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood and America's Next Top Model. He has been actively involved with the Non Profit organization Venice Arts as a youth mentor and lead classes for several years teaching documentary photography. Most recently he expanded his program to the children of Mozambique Africa with his final show at United Nations in New York City. He gives his students full credit for giving him much of his inspiration and finds the challenge a welcome change from his regular shooting schedule.
Russell's photographic achievements have been recognized through various awards including the Certificate of Commendation from both the United States Congress and the City of Los Angles, as well as the Certificate of Appreciation from the County of Los Angeles.
